When will my item ship?
In stock items typically ship in 3-5 business days, although I do try to get them out sooner if possible. Arrival times vary.
NOTE: If your order contains a Pre Order item, your order will not ship until every part of your order is in stock. If you want an in stock item sooner, please place two separate orders. Please review the description of the preorder item to get a rough estimate on shipping time.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes! Please keep in mind though packages outside of the US will take longer to arrive. I am not responsible for customs/VAT. Refunds will not be issued due to customs/VAT charges, as this is unfortunately something out of my control.
Does my order come with tracking?
All orders are eligible for tracking. Please choose tracked mail at checkout
There is an error with my order!
I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the error is on my end, (Product arrived damaged, wrong item, etc.) Please contact me and I will do my best to fix the situation! I am not responsible for an error in addresses. Please double check your address before ordering!
I saw something at a convention/on social media that isn't available in your store!
Please send me a message if this is the case! Chances are I still have it in stock, I just haven't had the chance to throw it up in my shop yet.
